Good Behavior in Public
In the western countries, it is very important to stand in line and wait your turn when buyingsomething, boarding a bus or train, etc. When a mother is carrying a baby, it is polite to give your seat to that person.

Women generally walk ahead of men when entering a room unless the men have to be a ahead to choose a table in a restaurant, to open the door of a car or to render other services. On the streets, men almost always walk or cross the streets on the side of the woman which is closer to the traffic.
