因未签订相关保密协议，遵从择业自由。

说明:
1、为何要给失业保险机构一份?因为《就业服务与就业管理规定》第六十四条规定:“劳动者进行失业登记时，须持本人身份证件和证明原身份的有关证明;有单位就业经历的，还须持与原单位终止、解除劳动关系或者解聘的证明。”
2、离职证明一定要有员工签收的证据保存，避免今后因劳动者否定用人单位已开具离职证明的法律风险。
